I ran into a few hiccups. Pool access was a bit restricted, closing unexpectedly for cleaning, and the staff present seemed unengaged rather than attentive. The breakfast experience was chaotic. plates were cleared loudly while service was scattershot, with waits for coffee stretching uncomfortably. It felt like I had to fight for attention amid the noise and rush. All in all, while the beauty and amenities of the hotel are enticing, a smoother dining experience would definitely enhance the stay.

The location is unbeatable! Convenient access to the mall and metro. Katherine and Zelena stood out, making my stay truly enjoyable. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch.

The room was super comfy with a queen bed that made it hard to get up! It was spotlessly clean and I loved the sound isolation—couldn't hear anything from the hallway or planes. The location near the expo and subway made it ideal for my stay. My room was bright with a stunning sea view, which added a wonderful ambiance.
